How do I get my pictures?
Everything happens online. An email with a link to your shoot will be sent to the address provided to us. Payment is required before you can download it.
How long does it take?
Photos are typically delivered sometime the next day after the shoot. Occasionally it takes a little longer to deliver.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is required after the shoot but before the download to your shoot is unlocked. We will fulfill the scheduled shoot and upload the edited photos. You can pay online to unlock the photos. An email with a link to your shoot will be sent to the address provided to us.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are not given but credit may be issued for future services. Please contact us if you have an issue. Contact Us
Can I cancel or reschedule the shoot?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule the shoot up to 1 hour before. The email sent to you after you have scheduled a shoot lets you cancel or reschedule a shoot.
